In the following text, we have tried to gather all the information you need for more convenient navigation on the Kristibam.lv clothing website, as well as for more understandable product purchases.
Please read all the terms and conditions before making the purchase, because by making a purchase, you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.

2. PURCHASE INFORMATION
The buyer of KRISTIBAM.LV e-shop must be at least 18 years old.
Our payments are made in Euro (EUR).
3. PLACING AN ORDER
When making a purchase, carefully check that the size and number of clothes selected in the shopping cart are indicated according to your needs.
Some of the products shown on the www.kristibam.lv website are NOT immediately available. Products are sewn TO ORDER.
After receiving the payment, we produce the product within 3-10 working days, excluding weekends, public holidays of the Republic of Latvia, as well as during the announced vacations.
Products AVAILABLE NOW will have an indication / IS in stock /. The products to be ordered will be indicated / BY ORDER /.
However, if after the purchase you discover that the data has been entered incorrectly, immediately contact us by phone +371 26389900 or by e-mail info@kristibam.lv to correct the situation.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read the information specified in the product advertisement.
However, if you have any questions about making a full choice in favor of a product, please contact us as described above.
If the suit is needed “at the last minute”, then please contact us. You can always find a solution!
4. PAYMENT OF GOODS
After placing the order by selecting the PAYMENT BY TRANSFER option, the Buyer receives a purchase confirmation in the e-mail specified by him, as well as an invoice, which indicates all the necessary details for the last stage of the purchase – payment.
The invoice is prepared automatically and is valid without a signature.
The buyer pays the invoice by bank transfer within 2 working days, covering the related payment commission (if applicable). If payment is not received, the purchase reservation will be canceled.
The selected product is sent via the selected delivery channel only after receiving the invoice payment.
At the time of purchase, indicating the option – PAYMENT ON SITE, the Buyer is given the opportunity to choose to receive the product in the KRISTIBAM.LV workshop in Salaspils, Rigas Street 55 (by agreeing on the most convenient time in advance) and make payment in cash. RESERVATION OF THE GOODS FOR RECEIPT ON THE PLACE IS FOR NO LONGER THAN 7 WORKING DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ORDERING.
5. DELIVERY INFORMATION
The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer in accordance with the type of delivery chosen by the Buyer;
In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs a faster dispatch / transfer, the Buyer informs us about it in order to agree on the possibilities to make a faster dispatch / transfer;
We send the order to the address indicated at the time of purchase (the relevant parcel terminal, home address). If due to unforeseen circumstances or leave, delivery will be delayed longer than the above time, we will inform you individually.

However, if necessary, we can also send with another courier service by mutual agreement.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery service provider of your choice.
6. RETURN OF THE PURCHASE
We love what we do, so we try to give you the best, but in case of dissatisfaction with the purchase, you will be able to exchange it within 14 days of receipt at no extra charge. KRISTIBAM.LV accepts goods for exchange if they are returned clean, wrinkled and undamaged. If you want to return the product, contact us to agree on the details. The product needs to be delivered to KRISTIBAM.LV workshop in Salaspils, Rigas street 55
In case of return of the product, the payment can be received back to the account from which the payment was received, within 14 working days from the receipt of the request for return of the product). Return costs are borne by the Buyer.
In case the Buyer has found defects in the ordered product or a defective product, we will cover all costs for return / exchange.
7. COLORS
The colors of the products in life may differ from those shown in the photo images at www.kristibam.lv. This condition may be affected by the color resolution set on the computer monitor you are using.
8. SECURITY
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail. The data provided by the buyer to KRISTIBAM.LV will not be transferred to any third party, as well as sold.
